Sunday 02-23-2014 - Day 49
Breakfast – Blueberry Protein Pancakes w/1 tsp butter (10.3 g sugar), 3 Boulder sausages

Lunch – 6 oz. tuna fish with celery, pickle relish, and 1 T homemade avocado oil mayo (from the paleo chicken nugget “ranch” recipe, but made with avocado oil instead of olive oil), cabbage salad (cabbage, jicama, red onion, cilantro, lemon juice and olive oil dressing w/salt and pepper) (2.5 g sugar)

Smoothie – 1 c. spinach, 1/2 c. mixed berries, 1 c. almond milk, 2 T protein powder (5.5 g sugar)

Dinner – 6 oz. chicken sauteed in olive oil and Italian herbs, cabbage salad (2.5 g sugar)

Total Sugar – 20.8 g sugar
Water 90 oz.

So much better. Lots of sleep including naps. BRAT diet, and today I'm back on plan feeling great and motivated for the final stretch.
