Today, from 10 am to 6 pm, continuing the work on the final revision. I reviewed two large chapters, one at each part. I reviewed the endocrine system at biology and did all the exercises from this chapter from the book, while at chemistry I reviewed the carboxylic compounds and did all the theory exercises from the book. I applied the 50/10 rule and had two larger pauses when I had the second breakfast meal and the lunch. Today, this is the last report of this commitment, but it's not the end of the process. 95% of the process was done in not only with this commitment, but for around one year and half now. I said the process is not over, that means I will start another commitment, a shorter one, that has it end at the end of the day of the exam, when I will know the result. 24 successful weeks, of continuous work and no procrastination, only balanced work with quality relaxation and mindfulness.3 weeks unsuccessful due to different sicknesses or colds. I am at a great level, my focus is certainly upgraded since last year, I am more confident and calm. This commitment helped me crave a habit of learning that I can apply at university as well. I went through pain and bad times, now it's time to get my reward after I give all I got left until the exam is over. KEEP ON GOING! |

Today, from 11 am to 5 pm I worked on the final revision. I reviewed two chapters at biology, the skeletal and the muscular systems, doing all their exercises from the book. At chemistry, I reviewed the Amino-acids, doing all the theory exercises from the book. I hope the revision will be done by the end of next week and from then I will insist on doing exercises day in and day out until the exam. Keep on going. |

Today, the only activity related to this commitment was to do the exam test paper from 10 to 12 am. It was a new test, so I had to look for the answers in the book to check the ones I given. I had no mistake scoring 10 points. I considered gifting myself after this result, so I laid off studying and enjoyed a nice day outside. Keep on going. |

Today, from 10 to 12 am I went to chemistry meditations. I had a better activity than last time, but I still had moments with lack of focus and concentration and I simply couldn't connect to the subject of the exercises. From 1:30 to 5 pm, I continued the final revision work, finishing the carbonyl compounds chapter at chemistry, doing all the theory exercises from the book, and the body cell chapter at biology, doing its exercises as well. Keep on going. |
