Today, I overslept again, waking up at 9 am. I had breakfast by 10 am and from 10 am to 6 pm I did the work on the final revision, applying the 50/10 rule, with some larger pauses when I had the second breakfast meal and lunch by 4 pm. I revised a two large chapters on each side of the theory, the endocrine system at biology and the carboxylic compounds at chemistry and did all the exercises from the books. I continued to go outside from 6 pm to 7:30, the same way like last days. The meditation at the waterfall is very useful as it calms me and gives me a lot of focus. The bike riding stretches my body and I feel awake every time, boosting my focus too. When I came home, I did the mind exercises, then I listened to some motivational speeches and read motivational articles too. Before I went to bed I thanked the divinity for the day and for my health. This is the last report of this commitment, 27 weeks of successful periods. Of course, to relax is not such a great issue, but with this commitment I learnt to relax with the best results on my body and my mind. I learnt to meditate, starting from home and now I'm doing it in the nature when I'm able. I spent quality time with my dog, dogs have the unique characteristic to make you laugh and joyful when you're playing with them and this had a good effect on me. Same with Happify, which I finished a while ago, it helped me relax and take things easy when they weren't so. I learnt to express gratitude for every day given, for everything I have for the moment, my health, my family, the home and the food I have access to and the perfect conditions to grow and develop myself. Last year, I overworked, making me feel miserable and very tired by the time I had the admission exam so I just wanted it to end. Now, it's a different situation. I have balanced the work with quality relaxation. Last year, whenever I had the time to relax, I played games. This year, instead of video games, I relaxed with reading books, expanding my culture and my imagination with each page I read. With this commitment I learnt to relax with quality and this will continue for the rest of my life. The habits are now formed, no need to be reported every day. Well done! |

Today, I overslept, waking up at 10 am. I had breakfast by 10:30, then I started the work on the final revision. From 11 am to 5 pm, I applied the 50/10 rule, had a larger pause with lunch at 4 pm. I revised two chapters at biology and one at chemistry, doing all their exercises from the book. From 5 pm, just like last days, I went outside to my dog first, then did two riverside rounds with my bike, having a stop between them, meditating at the waterfall for 10 minutes. When I came home, I did the mind exercises and like last days I read different articles. Before I went to bed I thanked the divinity for the day and for my health. Keep on going. |

Today, I woke up at 7:30, had breakfast and from 8 to 10 am, I cleaned the house with the vacuum cleaner and dusted the furniture. From 10 to 12 am I did the exam test paper of the day which took longer as I had to check the answers by searching for them in the book, as I started some tests I haven't done before. From 12 to 1 pm I did the workout program. Until 2 pm had the second breakfast meal and rested in bed. My brother came home and we had some talks until 3 pm, when I had to help my parents bring home some heavy bags after their weekly shopping. It got pretty late so I decided to lay off the study today and spend some free time. After lunch, from 5 to 7 pm I went to my dog firstly, playing with him for a while, then did two riverside rounds with my bike, having a stop between them, meditating at the waterfall for 10 minutes. I came home and did the mind exercises then I watched some funny videos and read some motivational articles. Before I went to bed I thanked the divinity for the day and for my health. Keep on going. |
