Today, another great productive day that kept me off computer until 3 pm when I had to do the mind exercises in a rush, then I closed it and let it be until 8 pm. On the afternoon, after chemistry meditations, from 6 to 7 pm I went outside, firstly to my dog then to ride my bike along the riverside, having a stop at the waterfall and meditating for 10 minutes. When I reached home, I read another 20 pages from the book, reaching page 200. In the evening I watched another inspirational movie called " Life is beautiful". And so, the 12th week of the commitment is over and I can call it a complete success. I have formed a habit of denying any time of video game, I even reduced heavily the time spent on computer, made the habit of reading 20 pages every day or viewed many movies that expanded my mind horizons. I am now a good user of Pixlr, I can create and modify pictures to look better, to perfect them so to say. I learnt many things during this commitment, I settled good habits and let go of the bad ones. Another successful commitment to be added to the list. GREAT WORK!

Today, as it was Monday, I had a highly productive day, so I didn't had time for computer until 7 pm.On the afternoon I couldn't go outside as I had biology meditations from 5 to 6:30 and I reached home only by 7 pm. From 7 to 8 pm I did the mind exercises and then viewed the last Pixlr tutorial from these series. As I wanted to watch a movie in the evening and I needed 2 hours for it, I read just 10 pages from the book. In the evening I watched another inspirational movie called "Lincoln". Keep on going.

Today, once again, stood off the computer until 6 pm. Most of the day I worked on the med school commitment, but after lunch, by 4:30 pm, I started to work on this one. I read 30 pages from the book as I got again absorbed in the details and it went fast. By 6 pm I started to do the mind exercises and to apply some Pixlr knowledge into a picture. I couldn't go outside as the weather is still like yesterday, rainy and pretty cold. In the evening I watched another inspirational movie called " Brave heart ". Keep on going.

Today, I stood off computer until 6 pm. On the afternoon I wasn't able to go outside as the weather was rainy most of the day.Most of the day I worked at some biology exercises, until 5 pm when I started to read 20 pages from the book, reaching page 120. From 6 to 7 pm I did the mind exercises and applied some Pixlr knowledge into a picture. In the evening I watched an inspirational movie called "The Gladiator". Keep on going.
