blerg. elliptical nearly every day to de-stress, but no strength. I give self free pass b/c thesis deadline. I DID make the time to be active tho!

Well... good frequency, good on dog walks - but no on strength. had it scheduled for Sat, but Aunt Flo came to visit and doing crunches just was a no go. Walked instead.

good long walk with hills and dog (felt that, which means I prob need more non-elliptical walking), also cardio and core (1 time).
