Learn 'full' cues, eat only when hungry.
- drink a glass of water before and during meal
- half a normal portion to start, only go back if still hungry after 10-15 min
- snacks between meals (not meals between meals)

Did ok - not amazing, but ok. Braining hard this week has meant getting HUNGRY.. so bigger portions a few times, but I think w/in reason. Braining is hard!

Did decent. Sorta fell of with the water drinking, but still doing ok stopping when I"m full. Indian dinner at restaurant, so of course that was huge, but I walked out not feeling stuffed :)

Ok week - snarfed a bag (half the size of a family bag) of m&ms in two days... but also did really well (not over) eating at a fancy buffet in munich!
