- drink a glass of water before and during meal - half a normal portion to start, only go back if still hungry after 10-15 min - snacks between meals (not meals between meals)

| Did ok - not amazing, but ok. Braining hard this week has meant getting HUNGRY.. so bigger portions a few times, but I think w/in reason. Braining is hard! | |
