| Although I tracked every day this week, I gained 2 pounds. I think it's because I did not control portions well and I probably under valued the calories. | |

I am having no trouble tracking every day, but I am realizing that I am really back into some bad habits --- and some days, I've been way over a reasonable amount of calories. Even if I stay under the 1330 a day (before any exercise), I find that I am often eating things that are high in saturated fat and/or sodium. I need to be more cognizant of those other things, I think, going forward - BEFORE I put them in my mouth!
