Day 4, 4/4 Late Night Snack: Protein Shake w/ Spinach, 2tbsp PB powder, 2tbsp Cocoa, 12oz almond milk, 1 packet stevia

Day 5, 1/4 Breakfast: 2 soft boiled eggs, green Beans & Dijon, peas/black beans/black eyed peas, Dijon

I look forward to discovering a new flavor that isn't Dijon for next week :) haha.

Summer veggies w/ smoked flavor & mesquite & Dijon mustard
Walleye & tilapia Baked in olive oil w/ rosemary
