| Deload week came just at the right time. This past week I felt like I kinda beat myself up. Tweaks my ankle slightly (nothing serious), banged my knee, and some other battle wounds here and there. Today’s workout was really nice. Often times deload week doesn’t make you sweat so much but I’m drenched today. I really enjoyed the emphasis on fat burning cuz I’m trying to look shredded like you. My favorite addition was the specific to do preventative work, I like to follow things so it made the job easy for me. | |

| Hard as workout today. It started pretty good with the strength work. I was feeling really confident at the start and then you had to hit me with 12 minute 8 pushup set. I did not initially think it was going to be hard at all but those intervals slowly stared to get very very hard. My biceps started to tighten up and my chest began to get really sore. Despite this I finished out the set with difficulty but it felt great. I didn’t think it could get much than that but it did. That fucking core set was brutal. 30-10-20-20-10-30 was not ok man ahaha. So hard. I was screaming and sweating like never before. | |

| Had a mindful mobility day. YesterdAy was a very active day for me. Run in the morning. Beach swimming all afternoon. Basketball for 3 hours at night. It was a very long day and I really needed this mobility day today. The deload week is also much needed. My body is wrecked right now. | |
