| Doing good with the commitment so far. So that’s good. I got on the scale today and I’ve gained over 8lbs since being home. Oh man. And I’m 13lbs up from the lowest I got with MD. Doing this program was the first time I lost weight with really no effort. I had hit a plateau in October and didn’t move since then and then slowly was gaining back starting in November. I’m sure it was due to t he holidays and trying to recreate loved recipes. Well, this is an eye opener for sure. I need to do something about this. Tracking is great for sure. Now I need to concentrate on green as much as I can. And zero red if possible. | |
