Today is the last day of my Stickk commitment. I had some failures throughout the way, but I ended up learning quite a bit about how to be successful most days. Prior to this I would only get a full night's sleep about once a week. I'll definitely take that with me going forward, and will be back for more Stickk if I need the guidance.

I had a project deadline today, and the project ended up taking way longer than I anticipated, so I was up quite late and have an early meeting today.
This could have been avoided if I planned for the worst case scenario instead of what I thought was the probable scenario (but let's be honest, I was counting on a best case scenario). |

Took forever to fall asleep last night. I was anxious about a live recording I'm doing today. In the future, I should plan to throw the kitchen sink at relaxing myself the night before an event. Give myself a full 2 hrs for a bedtime routine, and include things like a warm Epsom salt bath, and sleepy time tea with honey, etc, etc. |
