Slipped onto Reddit for several minutes yesterday during a break between meetings somewhere around 10 or 11 AM. Didn't even think about it. Realized hours later I'd broken my commitment! |

Yesterday: Focused on coding tasks & chores all morning. By the time afternoon rolled around I didn't want to get on social media anyway. That's what I love about this particular kind of habit: committing to restricting social media to certain days or hours breaks the habit, so my usage drops overall, not just during prohibited periods. |
