| This week was a bit harder than the previous one. I had to trim one to get rid of the temptation of baiting it. | |

| At the end of each day, I started telling my parents that that day I didn’t bite my nails. I think it worked as a stepping stone for the weekly goal. I also set up daily reminders that tell me not to bite my nails and remind me how I would like my hands to look in the future. | |

| Sometimes I didn't even realize I was biting my nails. Refraining from it was not hard per se, but I guess it's become too much of a habit that now I have to learn how to lose it. | |
