							Daily goals:
 - 8,000 steps a day (firm) - 1 gallon water a day (will still count 64oz as success for extenuating circumstances) Weekly Goals: - Follow Beachbody program (Starting LIIFT4 - 4 days a week more weight focused program) - Yoga 1x per week - Cross stitch 2 Pokémon outlines per week (that’s around 2 hours of cross stitchin’ depending on the Pokémon) Monthly goals: - Read 4 books (2 for book club, 2 personal) - Go on a walk/hike in a new location!
