got the final analysis work completed to determine our churn % and LTV. Bryan Hatch helped me get a great report out of Keap that shows total payments from every customer we've had since we spun the business out in Feb 2018. That information helped me with avg. revenue per customers and implied months on books. SOOO helpful! I am now done with this project and ready to share the insights with my team in annual planning next week. This baseline understanding will help us set the right improvement and performance goals for 2022.

mostly legwork this week but still focus and progress. I requested Clate send me an example of their churn waterfall report to better understand churn reporting. I hope to have that from Clate early next week so I can continue to progress with this project. This week, I also calculated net churn % for the past almost 4 years of stand-alone history for the Elite business.

I had to track down the customer and revenue data for August 2018, which was the last data that was missing. I found the data and incorporated it into the churn analysis spreadsheet. I don't think I have any more historical data to assemble. Next week I will meet with Clate Mask to learn how to do the churn waterfall work (and hopefully get an example report from him). All in all, I'm pleased with my follow through this week given the Momentum event we hosted. Stickk is making a difference for me! :)
