A sleep habit refresher:
1. Begin bedtime routine by 8:45pm every day (including weekends), barring exceptional circumstances (namely the nights Ari and I come home from worklate) 2. No hitting snooze, period. 3. No reading/Anki/phone in bed right after waking up: must "jump out of bed" at or before alarm.

Hit snooze today. Catching up from sleep deprivation the day before while traveling. Otherwise was good about bed time and not using the phone in bed. |
