| To wrap it up, I wrote in my gratitude journal and read a book (the beauty that is The House in the Cerulean Sea😍). No crafts were done, but plans were made, so that's something? Looking forward to my new goals, that I think I'll make start on Wednesday! See you then:) | |

| For workouts I did a run, more stairs, and a yoga for digestion video (I don't know if it was placebo, but my stomach did feel a little better after!) | |

| Last week was a success! For meals, I made: 1. A balsamic chicken orzo dish with a side of fondant potatoes. 2. Ravioli with spinach and a side of grapes 3. Cream of Mushroom pasta dish- basically slop, I just threw stuff together and it was yummy. T'was a pasta filled delicious week! | |
