| I'm very disappointed in my lack of discipline. I've been between 134 and 137 for the last month and a half. I think I just got tired of trying so hard with no results. What I can say is that I felt better on a routine. I went back to work and on vacation, and it's difficult to stay motivated especially when other people are involved. It is easier to blow my own self off for others, which isn't fair to me. I am feeling more sluggish and unbalanced so if I am going to have to choose one side of the extreme, then I will choose the weight loss obsessed side. I have to do something for myself. I have to fit myself in, and stop giving in to what I think I want in the moment. | |
