The weight continues to come off. It isn't coming off as quickly as I would like, but with my current job situation, I am able to put more energy and focus into my weight loss goals. 212.8 lbs. I haven't weighed this much in about 5 years. |

2 days of being unemployed have been good for me in terms of being able to give attention to my goal. I'm eating more of a plant-based diet overall...probably 80%. I hit the gym twice yesterday before doing my weigh in...once in the middle of the day and once at night. I burned ~800 calories on the treadmill.
I'm going to continue trying to make the most out of my time away from work to make the biggest dent possible in my weight loss goal. |

I hit 218.2 lbs this week. I haven't been too happy that my weight has been lingering around 220 for some time now...give or take a pound or two...up and down. But, I think I'm lower than I have been in years, so I have to be proud of that. Maybe I hit sort of a plateau that I need to push past. Going to have to figure out some new tactics.
Running a 5k next Saturday night so I need to hit the gym and run more to prepare for this so that should help me with my weight loss goals. |
