TheNerrisWheel commits to:
1. In bed (to sleep) by 10pm every night (unless out).
2. 10,000 steps everyday (unless injured or unwell).
3. 2 litres of water every day.
4. No soft drinks (unless out and in place of alcohol, but still no Coke Zero).
5. 腹8分目.
6. No eating after dinner.
7. No Netflix (unless on treadmill or in bathtub or epilating/exfoliating).
8. Play piano for 10 minutes.
9. Write for 10 minutes.
10. Complete 'lose 10 pounds workout'.
11. Listen to hypnosis.
12. Write in sstick before bed.

You’re doing really well. You set up quite a detailed and full commitment. The be able to organise achieving it around other parts of life is impressive.

I have to plead illness for the last three days 🤕
I still did most things, but i had hayfever and I’ve done something weird to my neck.
I couldn’t do the lose 10 pounds workout, but I did my 10,000 steps.

Oh no! Illness..

Chin up Nerister!

It took me quite a while to “get over” not drinking soft drinks. It gets easier to say “no”. Now if I have some it tastes sickly sweet and I actually feel a sugar rush for a while.
