| I joined a virtual fitness class at thw YMCA. It was intense but enjoyable. It was a great way yo add something different to my regular exercising routine. Thanks to a classmate (Nicole) from my Diabetes Class for including me and getting me involved. | |

| Brisk walking in the mall on the rainy days. No weight training this week. Will start weight training again next week. | |

| I'm currently on Belize on vacation but, I walked the beach, did a walking food tour and walked the town several days for exercise. | |

| The commitment is going better than expected. This is my 3rd week and I find myself sticking with my exercise and reporting. I thought the exercise would be a challenge for me while on vacation, but I managed to find ways to get in my cardio each day. I know this is in large part due to my accountability to someone else. That has been the true benefit for me while using the STICKK Program. | |
