| Grow opportunity with the leg extension arm pull up as balancing was hard even with chair where couldn't keep leg up entire time. Also with dead bug, but did glow with heal taps | |

| Had trouble with dead bug, but got back to routine. Hard to keep knees up and arms going sometimes! Did excellent on knee taps and others making it all the way through without stopping | |

| Forward leg extension roes challenging where it was hard to get leg all the way up. The wall squat went well where I got in the 90 degree position with weights. | |

| Nice 4 rounds of arms and squats that I appeared to excel in using the weights throughout. Felt heavy arms so was definitely productive! The Swiss ball leg extensions still have trouble keeping hips up the entire time, but making progress. | |
