On non 2nd job work days, 1-3 important tasks MUST be completed by 5 pm. On 2nd job work days, complete at least 1 important task. Example, if work is from 2-10:30 pm, the important task MUST be completed by start of work time. If its mid day work (10-6:00 pm), it must be completed before day it over.
