Needed to go back to basics. Start with small habits like just eating breakfast, having supplements, drinking water, etc.

Meal plan is pretty good. Just going to eat my burritos and smoothies every day, except Sundays and I'll hit my 5000 calorie deficit which is about 1.5 lbs per week.
