10:00 completed warmup- then heavy upper body pushing did 3 sets
of 10 each using 12 lb. dbs..then completed 2 1/2 rounds of
dumbbell bodyweight circuit #2. used 12 lb. dbs.
then completed HIIT. Walked 5 min on treadmill at 4.0, then
did 7 rounds of 30 sec each jump rope and rest. Then did
steady cardio on treadmill for 30 mins. Alternating walk (4.0-4.2)
for 5 min then run (5.8-5.9) for 5 min. then finished up with
7 rounds alternating jump rope and rest….
