Two workouts per week at 60-80% of previous full capacity. Target is legs+ arms one day, shoulders+ chest the other. Longer term aim is to rebuild strength so as to allow me to get back to full volume over the Xmas Hols.

Well I was hoping to max out this 80% idea during this week as it's a week off work. However, I pulled my back on the Friday morning so it was yet another week of workarounds in my workouts. Al things considered I did pretty well, including being forced to come up with new exercises to avoid the injury, which I inevitably found on Athlean's YT channel again. I also hit some PRs despite the injury!
