jmricher Apr 21, 2018, 8:45 PM"Wow, got behind on the journal! At least I have NOT been slacking on the daily workouts, whew! (I do log my actual workouts in a monthly pocket calendar for reference.) I took Day 1 of the 4th week as my Rest Day due to sore arms from all the shoveling. I hope I don’t have to do that again! Too much pressure during the week to not miss any days. For some reason, I prefer to get the workouts out of the way and rest on Sunday if needed. 4th week so far: Day 1: Rest Day Day 2 and Day 3: Classical Stretch spine strengthening & flexibility Day 4: Upper body workout at home with dumbbells Day 5: 20 minute “Walk at Home” YouTube workout (a little cheesy but it got the job done and actually put a smile on my face while doing all the Jane Fonda moves, ha!) Day 6: 30 minute hike in heavy snow with two dogs at a country farmhouse (some hills)...in the sunshine, ahhh!!!"View my Commitment

elmauro88 Apr 21, 2018, 2:03 AM"I was up at 630 this morning and logged in early for my work day! I was cranky today, but managed to get some work done. I ate a lot of carbs for breakfast and lunch and definitely felt my attitude shift around dinner. I really think it was good related. Finishing my day out just over 500 calories leftover. I tried to run but realistically walked for 99% of the time but I can only do better next time. I want to remember the feeling of satisfaction I had afterwards. It sucked part of the time, I was exhausted, late back to work, and lost an earring, BUT I did it and I'm going to keep doing it!!!!"View my Commitment
